Please note that frozen or simply discharged batteries are not covered under the warranty. However, we’re happy to attempt servicing your battery so we can test it properly and determine if it meets the warranty criteria.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as the battery has no signs of damage or usage.
